Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms govern use of Campus Prospect, including Coach's Corner, Student Center, recruiting tools, development tools, media features, AI analysis, and related services.

Account eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create a Campus Prospect account. By selecting the required signup checkbox, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy linked below. Campus Prospect supports athletes age 7 and older. For every minor athlete, a parent or legal guardian must create, control, or authorize the household account and provide accurate onboarding information. Athletes under age 13 must use a parent-managed account and may not independently provide consent for collection, use, or publication of their personal information. You may not create or use an account for an athlete who does not meet the applicable age and guardian requirements.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share credentials with people who are not authorized members of the athlete household. Campus Prospect may temporarily lock an account, revoke a session, restrict a feature, or place private services into security lockdown when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.

Coach's Corner publication

Coach's Corner is a public recruiting profile when shared. For minor athletes, the parent or legal guardian controls whether eligible recruiting information is published. Families are responsible for deciding what eligible recruiting information to publish and for sharing profile links only when public viewing is intended. Campus Prospect may remove information that creates a privacy, security, legal, or safety concern.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another household, bypass authentication or authorization controls, probe or exploit the platform, interfere with service availability, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape private information, or use Campus Prospect for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Media and content

You must have the right to upload and use the photos, videos, logos, statistics, schedule information, and other content submitted to Campus Prospect. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Campus Prospect a limited permission to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as necessary to provide the features you request.

AI analysis

AI-generated sports analysis is developmental information, not a guarantee of athletic performance, recruiting outcome, scholarship, roster placement, injury prevention, or professional evaluation. Users should apply appropriate judgment and coaching supervision. Do not rely on AI output as medical advice.

Recruiting outcomes

Campus Prospect provides tools to organize and present recruiting information. It does not guarantee coach contact, evaluation, recruitment, admission, scholarship offers, team placement, or any other recruiting result.

Free trial and account recovery

New Basic trials last 30 days. No credit card is required, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Your welcome email states the exact trial end date and time. We send reminders 7 days and 1 day before expiration. Workspace access pauses when the trial ends unless you purchase a paid membership.

You have 30 additional days after trial expiration to purchase a membership and recover your account and saved work. If you do not join, permanent deletion of your account, athlete profiles, workspace information and uploaded media is scheduled at the end of that recovery period. The exact deletion deadline appears in your welcome email, trial reminders and membership page. Information removed from the account cannot be recovered through Campus Prospect. Accounts that purchase a membership are excluded from automatic free-trial deletion.

This policy applies to new trial accounts that accept these updated Terms. Existing accounts are not enrolled retroactively. Shared or organization-linked accounts and accounts with payment or other protected records may require support review. Limited records may remain for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Backup copies expire through the backup retention cycle. External services and copies already shared with others are subject to their own retention practices. You may request earlier account deletion through account controls or support.

Payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan, price, and billing cycle shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-applicable rate until canceled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and for all authorized charges associated with the account.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily becomes effective at the end of the then-current paid billing period. Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Campus Prospect in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable and Campus Prospect does not provide prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursements for partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, reduced usage, early cancellation, account suspension resulting from a Terms violation, or a decision to stop using the service.

If Campus Prospect makes a billing error, you must contact support promptly so the charge can be reviewed. Any refund that Campus Prospect elects to issue is discretionary unless required by law and does not create an obligation to issue the same or a similar refund in the future. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment processor and may be subject to the processor's settlement timing.

Campus Prospect may limit, suspend, or disable paid features when payment is past due, reversed, disputed, declined, or otherwise not successfully completed. Amounts lawfully due remain payable notwithstanding a temporary restriction or suspension of service.

Privacy

Use of Campus Prospect is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Parents and guardians should review that policy before adding athlete information, publishing a profile, or using private development and AI features.

Suspension and termination

Campus Prospect may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, abuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirements, payment issues, or activity that threatens other users or the service. Families may request account closure and data deletion subject to applicable legal, billing, security, and record-retention obligations.

Service availability

We work to keep Campus Prospect available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or retired when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product operation.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Campus Prospect is provided as a software and information service. Users remain responsible for recruiting decisions, athletic training decisions, uploaded content, profile publication choices, and interactions with third parties.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform changes. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued access to private account features.
