Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

Campus Prospect is a multi-sport college-recruiting and athlete-development platform supporting baseball, softball, soccer, and additional sports as they become available. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, what may be shared publicly, and the choices available to parents and guardians.

Who may use Campus Prospect

Campus Prospect supports athletes age 7 and older. For every minor athlete, the family account must be created, controlled, or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Athletes ages 7–12 use a parent-managed account and may not independently provide consent for collection, use, or publication of their personal information.

Children under 13 and parental consent

For athletes under age 13, Campus Prospect requires the parent or legal guardian to provide authorization before the athlete account is activated for use. The parent or guardian controls the household credentials, profile publication, privacy choices, and requests to access, correct, unpublish, or delete the child’s information. Campus Prospect does not rely on consent provided by the child.

Information we collect

Public Coach's Corner

Coach's Corner is a recruiting profile that becomes publicly viewable when the family chooses to publish and share it. For minor athletes, the parent or legal guardian controls publication. Published recruiting information may be viewed by anyone who has the profile link. Campus Prospect does not provide a public directory for browsing athlete profiles, and published profile pages are configured not to be indexed by search engines. Search-engine directives are not access controls, so families should treat a shared profile link as public.

Private Student Center information, household information, parent contact information, private storage paths, workouts, nutrition records, and private development information are not included in the public athlete payload unless a feature expressly identifies information as being published.

How information is used

We use information to operate the parent-managed family account, provide recruiting and athlete-development features, publish parent- or guardian-selected Coach's Corner information, process coach inquiries, provide support, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, maintain system integrity, and improve the service.

AI and video analysis

When an authorized user chooses an AI analysis feature, selected media and related analysis context may be transmitted to service providers that process the request on behalf of Campus Prospect. AI features provide sport-specific development feedback and do not automatically publish private Student Center information. Parents and guardians should not upload information that is unnecessary for the requested analysis.

Cookies and browser storage

Campus Prospect uses browser storage needed for sign-in, account security, saved form progress, and requested features. Google Analytics tracking has been removed from Campus Prospect pages. When a page loads, we attempt to remove cookies left by that retired integration without clearing your sign-in or saved account information. Media or payment services you choose to open may use their own storage under their privacy policies.

Service providers

Campus Prospect uses service providers for hosting, database and authentication services, storage, email-related account functions, payment processing, and AI processing. Information may be processed by these providers only as needed to operate the service and subject to their applicable agreements and safeguards.

Parent and guardian rights

Parents and legal guardians may request access to the child’s information, request correction or deletion, withdraw authorization, and refuse further collection or use. They may also unpublish Coach's Corner. Requests may be submitted through available account controls or to support@campusprospect.com.

Data retention and deletion

For new free trials accepting the October 7, 2026 Terms, the trial lasts 30 days and is followed by a 30-day recovery period with workspace access paused. If no membership is purchased, account, athlete profile, saved workspace information and uploaded media deletion is scheduled when that recovery period ends. Your welcome email, reminders and membership page show the exact deadline. Paying accounts are excluded from this automatic trial-deletion process. Shared, organization-linked or otherwise protected accounts may require support review. Deleted account information cannot be recovered through your account. Backup copies expire through the backup retention cycle; copies shared outside Campus Prospect are not recalled.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account, provide requested services, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Parents and guardians may request access, correction, unpublishing, export, or deletion of household and athlete information. Certain limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Security

Campus Prospect uses encrypted HTTPS connections, authenticated private accounts, database-level access controls, private media storage controls, security logging, and account/platform containment controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Parent and guardian account holders should use a unique password and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

Age information used during onboarding

The athlete birth date entered during parent or guardian registration is used to verify that the athlete is at least 7 years old and to document the authorization applicable to the athlete. Date of birth is treated as private information and is not published to Coach's Corner by default.

Your choices

Parents and guardians control whether eligible recruiting information is published to Coach's Corner and may request that a profile be unpublished or account data be corrected or deleted. Public recruiting links should only be shared when the family intends the included recruiting information to be publicly viewable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Campus Prospect changes. Material changes may require a new acknowledgment or parental authorization before continued use of affected features.
